I worked at Spotify for 4.5 years — growing from Senior Product Designer to Senior Design Manager. I was leading multiple teams in my time at Spotify including internal tooling for Spotify Marketing and external tooling for Spotify Advertising.

I love to build teams and work with individuals as they become superstars, work on high level strategy but get down into the details when needed and apply systems design thinking to everything and anything.

I led a team of managers and both senior and mid level product designers and UX Writers. I planned and executed strategy at a high level with my cross-functional engineering, product and insights partners to reach our revenue and user satisfaction goals.
